OFFICE HOURS are: 9 am to 6 pm, Mon. - Sat.

GATE HOURS are: 6 am to 9 pm, EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR!
(Extended gate hours are available upon request, for move-in or move-out, if you need)

Use our 18 ft. moving truck and PAY NO RENTAL FEES when you rent a storage space with us and use the truck to move in with. Just leave a $200.00 refundable deposit (cash or debit/credit card). All you pay is a $15.00 damage waiver (per day plus tax). You get 25 FREE MILES (60 cents per mile after that). Buy your own gas (unleaded), bring the receipt. That's it!

Of course, you can always rent our truck outright whenever you need it any other time, for only $29.95 per day (plus tax). All other terms described above apply.

Need a two-wheel dolly/handtruck for the big stuff? $8.00 plus tax!

HOW TO FIND US---

Arizona Avenue is the main drag north-south as it passes through Chandler into Gilbert & Mesa. (It's called Country Club Drive in Gilbert & Mesa.) It's three miles east of Loop 101, seven-and-a-half miles east of I-10. On most maps it is also marked as Hwy 87 (state route).

Warner Road is an east-west run starting from Phoenix-Ahwatukee through Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert and part of Mesa. It's three-and-a-half miles south of the U.S. 60 and about three miles north of the San Tan/Loop 202 (where the 202 intersects Arizona Ave).

IF YOU'RE COMING FROM THE U.S. 60 (WHICH IS NORTH OF US), EITHER FROM PHOENIX OR MESA: Exit at Country Club Dr., go south. Cross Baseline Rd., Guadalupe Rd., Elliot Rd. When you get to Arizona Ave., turn left. Start looking for us immediately on your right. We're on the south side of Warner Rd.

IF YOU'RE COMING FROM THE WEST OR SOUTH, EITHER ON I-10 OR LOOP 101: Exit at Warner Rd., go east a few miles (several miles if you're exiting I-10). Cross Dobson Rd., Alma School Rd., then Arizona Ave. After you cross Arizona Ave., start looking for us on the right. We're a couple of businesses past the corner (QT) heading east.

IF YOU'RE COMING FROM THE EAST: Get on Warner Rd. and head west. Cross Gilbert Rd., Cooper Rd, then McQueen Rd. (which is the same as Mesa Dr.). Keep going until, about a quarter-mile before you get to the intersection at Arizona Ave., start looking for us on your left. (Look for the American flag flying!) We're on the south side of Warner Rd., across from the PGA Tour Golf Superstore/Chandler Mercado).

IF YOU'RE COMING FROM SOUTH CHANDLER, LOOP 202 & OTHER POINTS SOUTH: Exit at Arizona Ave., go north. Come up Arizona Ave.. Cross Pecos Rd., Chandler Blvd., then Ray Rd.. When you get to Warner Rd., turn right. Start looking for us on your right (after you pass the QT, Rios Auto Sales, Red Mountain Machinery). THERE we are!
