GROUND-LEVEL, DRIVE-UP ACCESS TO YOUR STORAGE UNIT–makes it easy for you to FIND and get to your unit. No long, dark, indoor hallways, no elevators or stairs to climb. Less work for you to move large, heavy objects, furniture, tools, etc.
COMPUTER-CONTROLLED AUTOMATIC GATES–lets you enter and exit at will using your own unique, private gate access code that is associated with your account.
EXTENDED GATE HOURS DAILY (6AM-9PM)–enables you to come in to your storage space early in the morning or late in the evening EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR regardless of whether it’s a weekday, Sunday or holiday!
VIDEO CAMERAS ON PROPERTY–assures you that we keep an eye on what’s going on! (Our video camera system also records and stores all images on a dedicated CPU and hard drive.)
RESIDENT MANAGERS–lets you know the facility is in the care of people who are personally interested in keeping your storage facility CLEAN, SAFE, efficiently-run and well-maintained!
“WORRY-FREE” AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS, CALL-IN PAYMENTS & PAY ONLINE–You can pre-authorize a credit or debit card to be charged automatically on the FIRST of each month when rent is due or only when you call us, or, you can pay your bill directly online using our secure WEBXPRESS option. (None of these services cost you anything, they’re FREE!) This means you can choose from a variety of ways to pay your monthly storage bill. You can even pay quarterly or annually if you wish!
EXTRA WIDE DRIVEWAYS–If you need to bring an 18-wheel tractor-trailer to deliver your stored property, NO PROBLEM! We have a 360 degree, 30-foot wide driveway that wraps completely around the property, as well as a 30-foot wide main driveway up the center!
DUAL-GATED, FULLY-ENCLOSED FACILITY–This enhances security. Having two gates means each visitor must enter one way and exit one way. The property is enclosed with a combination of block wall, storage buildings backed by a block wall and fixed fencing (only at the front, facing the street). No need to worry about your stored goods being “open to the public!”
RETAIL PRODUCT STORE–you can choose from a variety of moving boxes in an assortment of sizes, mattress bags, bubble wrap, tape, rope, even stretch wrap–right here in the same CONVENIENT place where you rent your storage unit!
